What it was
Merch was built as collections, for a season or a specific event. There are no standalone items here. Inside a collection the same devices hold: how the mark sits, how colour behaves on fabric, what happens on the packaging.
All of it was produced. The difference between a layout and a thing in your hands matters here: printing on fabric, sizes, seams and the allowance for them change the artwork, and that had to be accounted for up front.

The core range
The permanent line: apparel, headwear, bags, drinkware, small items. All on one mark and one palette, so pieces from different production runs sit together and read as one set.
The carrier sets the rules. On fabric the mark behaves differently than on paper, and differently again on metal and plastic. For each carrier there is a written rule for how the mark sits and what must not be done to it.
The summer collection
A separate seasonal collection with its own mood: lighter, closer to time off than the core range.
A seasonal piece does not suspend the system. The palette and the styling differ, but the mark, the placement and the per-carrier rules are the same, so the collection reads as part of the brand.
